BrainSavers- Continuing

YMCA Group Exercise Studio
BrainSavers is an evidence-based, Brain + Body Total Fitness Program for Healthy aging. This program will help you maintin your enjoyment of independent living, while improving your overall physical & mental well-being. It is designed to help those living with, or at risk for Alzheimer's disease and dementia, and those wishing to grow and exercise their brains. Registration for this program is not available to new participants.

Rennes Group Presents: Body in Motion
Wednesday, April 29th at 10:00-11:00am

Join Rennes Group for a presentation aimed at older adults: "A Body In Motion: Functional Fitness for Life" It focuses on safe movements that enhance strength, balance, flexibility and mobility for daily activities. Glaser Dental Presents: Replacing Missing Teeth

The Board on Aging and Long-Term Care and Your Rights

The Board on Aging and Long-term Care offers three key programs: Medigap, the Volunteer Ombudsman Program and the Regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program. They advocate for long-term care consumers in Wisconsin by providing information on rights and educating the public about healthcare systems.
