Rennes Group Presents: Home Safety- Falls Prevention

Wednesday July 31st at 10:00-11:00am

The Landing Tech Room

As people age, they can suffer from reduced mobility or health problems that can cause you to look at home safety and fall prevention.

Improving the safety of your home, takes planning and awareness. There are certain changes, both large and small, that you can do to make sure your home will fit your needs for years to come.  Some of these changes, like removing tripping hazards or adding nightlights, are easy and can be done right away.

The most important thing to keep in mind is to start planning early. You don’t need to do everything right away. Make a few small changes today before a small issue becomes a big one.

Join Rennes groups for this informative home safety program.

Grief is something you may consider private and personal, as though only you can own it. We live in a culture that avoids talking about loss and one that wants us to move quickly through mourning, to become our former selves.

This is a perfect group for those new to grief or for those who feel grief still is hanging on. Giving sorrow words after loss helps you find peace.
