After losing a loved one, many feel a deep sense of loss and may experience signs or dreams that feel significant. Grief can enhance awareness of coincidences or familiar sensations. Maintaing a bond with the deceased can facilitate health; whether one believes in these messages or not, they can be comforting. Though science may not affirm these experiences, they highlight our connection to a greater exisitence and suggest that death doesn't end relationships.
