Feel the team spirit & join The Landing as we take on the Mammoth Hike Challenge. Our goal is to complete 44 miles as a team for individually. The Landing will be providing shuttle & trail guides for 6 different times at various Ice Age Trail locations. See Flyer for Full Details.

Bay Park Square Shopping Trip

Learn to Curl with The Landing
Monday, November 4th at 1:00-3:00pm
Wausau Curling Club | 1920 Curling Way, Wausau, WI
Introduction to curling is focused on the interest of senior athletes. We will demonstrate a variation called "Stick Curling" that eliminates the need to slide on the ice & is ideal for athletes with limited balance & mobility.
Participants will be given instruction to allow them to deliver a curling rock in a simulated competition. We will also introduce the basic rules of curling & proper etiquette when on the ice.

Highgrounds Veteran Memorial Park Shuttle Trip
Tuesday, November 12th- Landing Shuttle Departs at 8:15am
Neillsville, WI
This Veteran's Memorial started as the Wisconsin Vietnam Veterans Memorial Project in 1984. It has grown to a 155-acre park that includes a museum, gift shop, pavilions, picnic areas & four miles of hiking trails.
We will enjoy a guided tour, led by knowledgeable staff & volunteers that will offer the opportunity to learn about the history of the park & the meaning behind its tributes.
The tour will take about 1.5 to 2 hours, while walking about 1 mile. We will be stopping at several tributes throughout.
Upon leaving Highgrounds, we will make a stop at A&W in Neillsville for lunch.
Cost of the trip includes shuttle ride and park tour. Lunch is on your own.

4-Seasons Golf Simulator & Pizza Lunch

Have you ever wanted to play a round of golf in the winter without having to travel to warmer climates? Now we can, at 4-Seasons Golf of Wausau.
Play on one of their 84 golf courses from around the world. After golfing, we will enjoy 2 slices of pizza and your choice of a domestic beer, or soda for lunch.
We will be offering this fun, social event on one Monday each month this winter, November through March, to keep you golfing, or start you golfing, this is a great way to start.

Fireside Theatre Presents: Miracle of 34th Street
Thursday, December 5th- Lamers Bus Departs at 7:15am
Fort Atkinson, WI
Join us for our Annual Trip to the Fireside Theatre for the musical "Miracle on 34th Street." Jump aboard the comfortable Lamers Motor Coach and enjoy snacks on the bus. Upon arriving to Fireside you will have time to visit some of their spectacular gift shops before having lunch as a group at 11:15am. Show starts at 1:30pm. From there, we will load the bus for home with a quick stop in Westfield for dinner.
