Registration Ends: Mondays at 4:00 pm

If you would like to join us for lunch, you must register by 4pm on the Monday of that week. Your prompt registration allows us to purchase and prepare appropriate quantities of food and minimize waste.

Lunches may be picked up to-go at the side Kitchen Enterance (tan/gray door) on 4th St. or inside The Landing.

Wednesday, March 4th:

Cabbage Rolls- $10

Tender cabbage leaves are filled with a beef and rice mixture and baked in a simple tomato sauce. Dessert: Mixed Berry Crumble

Wednesday, March 11th:

Broccoli, Cheddar & Spinach Firttata- $10

This spinach, broccoli and cheddar frittata is topped with flaky phyllo dough and is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Served with fruit on the side. Dessert: Almond Bark with Cranberries and Walnuts

Wednesday, March 18th:

Marinated Beef Sandwich- $15

Enjoy our marinated beef sandwhich topped with Chimichurri (a vibrant herbaceous condiment that is zesty, garlicky and refreshing), topped with pickled onions, peppers and arugula. Dessert: Guiness Cupcake with Baileys Frosting

Wednesday, March 25th:

Chicken Skewers- $10

Delicious chicken skewers will be served with Mexican Street Corn and Corn Chips.
Dessert: Tres Leche Cake

Wednesday, April 1st:

Bipimbap- $10

Bibimbap simply translates to “mixed rice with meat and assorted vegetables“ Ours will have spinach, mushrooms, carrots, rice and a fried egg. Dessert: Snickerdoodle Bar

Wednesday, April 8th:

Lemon Butter Cod- $10

Enjoy our Lemon Butter Cod with a green salad and roll. Dessert: Lemon Angel Food Cake

Wednesday, April 15th:

Pulled Pork Sandwiches- $10

Pile on some pork with chips, veggies and ranch. Dessert: Carmelitas

Wednesday, April 22nd:

Beef Bolognese- $10

Slow cooked Beef Bolognese will be served over pasta. Dessert: Tiramisu Dip

Wednesday, April 29th:

Elegant Chicken- $10

Our Elgant chicken is made with chicken, wrapped in bacon, topped with a sour cream & cream of mushroom soup layer. Served with brown rice on the side. Dessert: Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
