Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Policy – The Landing
Please note that once you have registered for a program or a trip with us it means that we have reserved a spot exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For programs without a fee: Please call us as soon as you know you are unable to attend so we can open that spot for another member. Many of our programs have a waitlist - we want to be sure that as many people as possible can attend our fantastic programming.
For programs with a fee: Cancellations made before the stated deadline will receive a full refund.
If a cancellation occurs after the deadline, we require at least 2 days’ notice to attempt to fill the spot from our waitlist (if one exists). Refunds for late cancellations will only be issued if the spot can be filled. All Cancelation Deadlines will be indicated in the Program Guide and on the Program Flyer.
Note: The Landing reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. If the cost is over $20, a Credit Card reimbursement or check request can be made. Credit card and check reimbursements can take up to 10 days to receive.
For Collette trips: Deposit amounts, timelines for refunds and other details will be noted on the itinerary for all trips, including information for trip protection.
